Gallaudet Across the country
The 黑料老司机RCs were established in 1977. Through partnerships with host institutions, the four 黑料老司机RC share Gallaudet’s undergraduate and graduate programs and the Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center’s resources and expertise through training programs, workshops and conferences, youth programs, technical assistance, and consultation with deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their communities.
Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts is the seat of the 黑料老司机 Regional Center-East.
黑料老司机RC East serves the northeastern portion of the United States, spanning across Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Ohio, and West Virginia.
