Gallaudet student-athletes are hardworking, disciplined champions on and off the field.

Our coaches and staff support students from different communication backgrounds and are ready to push you forward in your athletic journey through individualized support and communication.

Gallaudet fields the only deaf-led athletic teams in the country as the Bison compete at the NCAA Division III level and are a proud member of the United East Conference for the majority of its sports.

Our student-athletes have access to clear communication and best-in-class training and resources, which leads unforgettable life experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Intramural programs provide you with a low-commitment opportunity to participate in college sports—benefit from team camaraderie and physical activity in sports like Flag Football and Ultimate Frisbee.
