The Real Estate office manages the University’s real estate holdings and oversees initiatives to develop long-term value and support academic mission. Initiatives include the Sixth Street project which includes 1.5 million square feet of residential, office, retail, community and academic space, Creativity Way, Gallaudet’s new ‘front porch’ along Sixth Street and various Real Estate Investments, including off-campus leasing and acquisition activities.

The Real Estate office oversees the University’s commercial real estate development, design, entitlement, leasing and transactional activity including the University’s Campus Plan.
