The purpose of the grievance procedures is to provide a process for an impartial review of student-initiated concerns and to ensure that the rights of the university students are properly recognized and protected.

A grievable action is in violation of written campus policies or procedures or constitutes misapplication or misinterpretation of University policies, regulations, rules, or procedures. Grievance may not be used to challenge policies or procedures of a general applicability.

Behavioral Intervention Teams (BIT) promotes a healthy and safe environment by facilitating collaboration across campus units by assessing reports of concerning behaviors to determine appropriate intervention and support.
